The 800g Challenge

What’s the #800gChallenge? A simple way to measure quality in the diet. Eat 800 grams (by weight) of fruits and vegetables per day. No other foods are eliminated in the challenge. Eat the macros (meat etc) you want. Eat the fruits or veggies you like.

Personal training is for individuals who require a greater degree of scheduling flexibility, or desire a smaller setting to get more individualized attention in achieving specific training goals. Our coaches have experience in working with athletes of all ability levels, and are eager to work closely with you to help you achieve your fitness goals.

CROSSFIT BOOTCAMP

This program is like CrossFit but without all the technical barbell movements. During our classes we focus on functional movements through interval style workouts made up of a variety of exercises. Bootcamp mixes body weight exercises, strength training and interval work all into one high intensity workout that helps burn fat and improve cardio! No pre-requisites, or previous training experience – CrossFit Moss bootcamps are open to all fitness levels.

What is CrossFit Bootcamp?

CrossFit BootCamp is a full-body, cardio workout class. Our coaches vary movements and focus areas from class to class, but we’ll always promise a good sweat! Just like our CrossFit classes, our team emphasizes technique so that you can get an effective, challenging workout in safely. In Bootcamp workouts, you can expect running, rowing, bodyweight exercises, and dumbbell and kettlebell movements.

Do I need to be a member to participate?

No. Bootcamps are for non members and members alike.

What’s the difference between CrossFit & Boot Camp?

All bootcamp workouts are conditioning based, while CrossFit incorporates barbell use for lifts. You may find a metabolic conditioning (MetCon) in CrossFit classes but you will not find any complex lifts or heavy dumbbell work in bootcamp.

Who can do it?

ANYONE! Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a complete newbie, all of our movements are scalable to provide just the right amount of challenge in each workout.

Do I need to be an experienced CrossFitter?

No previous experience is required for our CrossFit bootcamp class since we do not do any complex barbell movements.
